Only an exercise geek can get so excited about getting new equipment! That's me! I was jumping up and down with excitement when I purchased my "new" power rack, and my family didn't know what the excitement was all about - lol.

After months and months of looking for a gently used power rack, I found one via an online classifieds site for a reasonable price. I had a hard time waiting for my husband to find the time to put it together, and today will be my first workout with it. I can't wait!! I spent time online looking up different exercises that I can do on it and there are lots! I now have a renewed excitement for my workouts :)
