Week One Check-In



This won't be a long post,  but I thought I'd do a quick update about my new diet/training plan.

It's been one full week since I've started my training with my online trainer, Karen Nolan-Evans.

Drumroll.......I've lost 3 pounds!!!  Yay!  It has been quite a while since the scale has moved in the correct direction.  I've been stuck in a plateau for many many weeks.   I am now really pumped to continue and see where this will take me :) :)
