                                Make Your Own Fitness Bucket List


Do you have fitness things that you'd like to try, or like to accomplish?  Have you  heard of a bucket list - the list of things you'd like to do before you die?  Well, you can make your own  fitness bucket list that will help you keep track of fitness goals you'd  like to accomplish, or even classes you'd like to try.


 You can make a collage with  pictures you cut out and paste on a board,  you can use a picture editing  program and make a digital collage, or even make a board on Pinterest (like the  pictures below) . You can add things like: you'd like to take a crossfit class, master the chin-up, or maybe  run a 5K, or master a certain yoga move, lose 40lbs....there are many things that can be added.  And remember, that it's your fitness bucket list, so you can put on it whatever you want!  :)
