Week One Fighter Diet Transformation Challenge Update

I HATE putting full pictures of myself anywhere, but we all have to stars somewhere and I hope that I can inspire others to take control of their health and start on their own journey to fitness!

Anyway, Week One is over and I am excited because I lost 6lbs using the Fighter Diet FDX3 and the Fighter Diet workouts (FD BadAss Vol 2)!!  I also lost a total of 3 3/4" plus did my body fat measurement and I am down  4.06lbs of body fat!   Week one is done, 11 more weeks to go in the Challenge.  I can't wait to see what the next few weeks brings!  Follow my transformation on my blog here and also for daily updates, you can follow me on my Facebook page My Journey To Getting Fit and Healthy.
